Yummy Tofu

Additional information: Variation:
Substitute 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets for the celery and 1 cup quartered mushrooms for the carrots. Or you may wish to use these vegetables in addition to the celery and carrots.Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- firm tofu
- brewers yeast and salt to taste...
Directions
1. Slice tofu into small pieces.
2. Make a mixture of salt and brewers yeast; roll the tofu in the mixture soall the pieces are covered.
3. Oil a frying pan and add the tofu.
4. Fry until they're a little brown.
That's all...and it's really good!
