Additional information: Variation:
Substitute 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets for the celery and 1 cup quartered mushrooms for the carrots. Or you may wish to use these vegetables in addition to the celery and carrots.Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
- 1 single serve container of soy yogurt (peach or strawberry is good!)
- 1 handful of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 maple flavored crunchy granola bar broken into small pieces (I use Nature Valley)
Directions
Mix soy yogurt, fresh blueberries, andcrunchy granola bar pieces in a cup.That's it! So yummy. and takes lessthan a minute.
